Please note

All Public Art related projects on Council-managed land are on hold for 2025 while the Public Arts Policy is finalised.
Skate Park related proposals cannot be considered through the community project portal. Skate Parks are included in the asset renewal program and are upgraded periodically, with extensive community input. If there is a safety or maintenance enquiry, please lodge a request online now.

We facilitated the Modewarre Cricket Club fence installation at Mt Moriac Oval

Bellbrae Heartspace Mural

An amazing collaboration between artists and the local Bellbrae residents turning a building into a magnificent mural.

Yellow Gums performance space

Jan Juc’s creative community collaborated to produce this outdoor performance space for music, performance and locally grown events.

Aireys Inlet Community Centre Mural

Project initiated by the Anderson Roadknight Reserve Community Asset Committee to engage Silo Art Trail artist Geoffrey Carran to create a Hooded Plover and Chick mural on the building exterior.

Deans Marsh Maering-myre Pavilion

The Deans Marsh community initiated and delivered this project and the result is an amazing community multi-purpose outdoor shelter and performance space.

Great Ocean Views Reserve

In this community-led project, Council helped a group of neighbours upgrade their local park with grant help from the Lions, Torquay Community Enterprise, and the Australian Government.
