Love Yourself Calm
Based on an underpinning philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine the 3 treasures unique to us all are the Body, Breath, and Spirit. It is through these three treasures that we experience life and our world in profound, unique, and beautiful ways.
With our body we are gifted harmony and health through movement and physical connection, with our breath we attune to the life force that flows through us, and our spirit embodies our own unique blend of intellect, emotions, passions, and creativity.
This half-day retreat will enable us to interweave the physical and the non-material parts of ourselves in a cacophony of movement, stillness, breathwork, and connection. All essential elements for health in mind and body.
A mini retreat packed with Qi Gong (gentle Tai Chi), movement to breath, yoga, and yoga nidri.
