Connect to Joy - A Breathwork Journey

Humans are made for joy and love. It is our birthright. Along the way, we lost this ability to feel and allow these beautiful emotions in without judgment or fear. This is why there is so much sadness and anxiety in the world, manifested in mental, physical health, and relationship issues.

Are you ready to step into reconnecting with these emotions of Joy and Love with gentleness and compassion?

Do you feel that it is time to start to be aware of those patterns of behaviours that cause us to feel stuck and restricted?

Imagine what it would be like to see and hear what you truly want in the world and to bring that into your life?

Join Vanessa Mollard in this magical Connect to Joy- a Breathwork Journey.

Let’s transform the way you look at yourself and the world. By the end of this session, you would feel more relaxed, balanced, and in control of your life again. You will be ready to allow more of those beautiful emotions of Joy and Love to infuse your being. You will be also given some simple tools to help you in your everyday so you can return home and be able to integrate this into your every day.

What to expect? We will begin our journey with connecting exercises to help us become more present with ourselves and each other. We will then experience together, the Conscious Connected Breath, the Master Breath, to awaken our soul’s purpose to joy and love through the breath, connected, healing as one. There will then be a time of silence after, for you to sit in the vibration of the breathwork, to integrate, to journal, to experience the relaxation that this breath can bring you.

What is the Conscious Connected Breath? It is a breathing technique that involves breathing in a circular rhytmic pattern, which can help regulate the nervous system and promote emotional healing. This breath helps us to reduce our brain chatter and to be able to start to untangle our thoughts and our feelings. This breath is done with an accredited facilitator (Vanessa Mollard) and with curated music to help in the process. This breath is generally done lying down. You will need to bring your own yoga mat, pillows, and blankets so you are comfortable. We invite you to bring a pen and a journal so that in the period of silence, you can draw, write and integrate your experience.

This session is suitable for ALL people above the age of 18 who are beginners and experienced breathers. You will be emailed a health and breathwork questionnaire closer to the time, which you must fill in before you attend, so we can tailor the breathwork to your needs.

What do I need to bring?

- Your own yoga mat (if you do not have one, please contact Vanessa at vanessa@vanessamollard.com) or something you can lie on comfortably for at least an hour.

She found it so effective, that she developed her ACCESS program which has brought Balance beyond Burnout in many professional women’s lives. Her vision is that all women feel and know that they are loved for exactly who they are and who they want to be.
