Winchelsea Pool
Welcome to the Winchelsea Swimming Pool page
The fully redeveloped Winchelsea Pool site features new 25m and leisure pools with heated water, pavilion and a splash park providing plenty of fun for kids and families.
Council has fully funded the $8.9 million redevelopment. The new complex officially openned on Thursday 27/2/25.
The 2025 Summer entry fees are a follows:
- Adult $6.50
- Adult Concession (Health Care, Seniors, Veterans Card holders only) $5.30
- Child $5.30
- Family (2 adults, 2 children) $16.00
The Winch Pool is open until the 30th March 2025.
- Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 7:00pm
- Saturday and Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm
Child Supervision
- Children 10 years old and under must be actively supervised at all times be a responsible guardian.
- Guardians must be in the water with Children 5 years and younger
Access
Accessibility features at Winchelsea pool include:
- The 25m pool has a sling/hoist lifting system
- The leisure pool has graduated entry from zero depth to 800m at a 1:14 gradient
- Ramp entry to the main pavilion from the street
- Ramp entry from the pavilion onto the pool concourse
- Dedicated accessible toilet and change room
- Ambulant female toilet
- Ambulant male toilet
Further, the children's splash pad equipment can easily be turned on and off, or some items can be isolated while others remain in use.
Music may be played through the PA system, which can easily be turned off.
