Monday

Class: Fit Forever - Forever Fit classes are designed to help people improve their strength, balance, and flexibility, and are targeted at people aged 50 and older. Forever Fit classes can include a variety of exercises and activities, such as cardio, strength training, flexibility exercises, and balance work. 

Time: 9:15am - 10am

Class: HIIT - High-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes are a popular fitness trend that combine short, intense bursts of exercise with brief recovery periods. HIIT classes can help you get fit quickly and burn more fat in less time.

Time: 6:00 - 6:45pm

Tuesday

Class: Boxing

A boxing class typically includes:

  • Warmup: An intense cardio warmup 
  • Fundamental techniques: Learning proper stance, footwork, and basic punches like jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts 
  • Bag and pad work: Practicing punches on heavy bags and focus mitts 
  • Shadow boxing: Practicing boxing without a partner 
  • Partner drills: Working with a partner 
  • Core strengthening exercises: Working on core strength 
  • Bodyweight exercises: Working out with your own body weight 

Time: 6:00pm - 6:45pm

Wednesday

Class: Core - Core classes are group fitness classes that focus on developing core strength, stability, and flexibility:  Core classes typically include a combination of cardio and strength exercises that target the core, abdomen, and back muscles. Some classes may also include exercises for the lower spine and midline muscles. 

Time: 9:15am - 10am

Class: Circuit  - A circuit class is a body conditioning workout that involves performing a series of exercises with little to no rest in between. The goal is to test and improve your strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. 

Here are some things to expect in a circuit class: A circuit class typically includes 6–12 exercises that target different muscle groups. These exercises can be high-intensity or moderate-intensity, depending on your fitness level. Examples include push-ups, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and med ball slams.

Class: Mobility Class -  A mobility class is a fitness class that focuses on improving your range of motion, balance, and strength through exercises that target your joints and muscles. Mobility classes can include a variety of exercises, such as: Dynamic stretches, Foam rolling, Bodyweight exercises, Yoga, Pilates, and Agility exercises.

Time: 8:30am - 9:15am

Saturday

Class: Super Session - A Super Saturday Fitness Class is a one-hour workout led by a coach where participants push their limits and sweat in a supportive group environment. The class is designed to be an experience, not just a workout, and participants leave feeling strong and empowered. 

Time: 8-8:45am
