Horse riders have multiple options to spend time with their trusty four-legged companions whether this be for leisure or sport. 

Casual Riding
Casual Riding Horse enthusiasts can savour the landscapes of Surf Coast Shire at the leisurely Kalkarra Park. Kalkarra Park features posts built according to the Horse Riding Club Association Victoria guidelines (20m x 60m) in the grassy area and is surrounded by beautiful trees making it an ideal spot for a relaxed horse ride.


Beaches
Horse riding is a popular recreational activity along the coast and there are many areas where riders can enjoy the region and observe its beauty. Permits are available for recreational horse riding on Fairhaven and Whites Beach in Torquay via Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority.


Riding Clubs
