These services have different operating hours so you will need to contact them directly to confirm their days and hours of operation as well as availability and whether child care rebates apply.

Long day care services and family day care services operate under (and are assessed and rated under) the National Quality Framework and must meet the requirements of:

  • Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 (National Law)
  • Education and Care Services National regulations 2011 (National Regulations)
  • National Quality Standard (Schedule 1 of the Regulations)
