Sleep and settling information for parents of babies 6 months to 3 1/2 years.

Mother Goose Baby Song and Rhyme Torquay

A weekly facilitated song and rhyme session for parents and carers of babies 12months and under, incorporating the Parent Child Mother Goose program, combining rhymes, songs, and stories. These sessions run during term time only.

Understanding Your Baby's Sleep

Is your little one’s sleep turning your life upside down? Or maybe you just want to know more about positive sleep routines… Join our Child and Family Support Worker for this session diving into the nitty gritty of baby and toddler sleep, from 6 - 18 months.

Mother Goose Song and Rhyme Winchelsea

A weekly facilitated song and rhyme session for parents and carers of babies and children under school age. Incorporating the Parent Child Mother Goose program this session combines rhymes, songs, and stories to promote bonding and language skills. These sessions run during term time only.
