EOI: Artists sought for Winchelsea mural

What's happening?

The Community Project Working Group led by Growing Winchelsea is seeking expressions of interest from Winchelsea and district artists to design and deliver a mural on the wall of the childcare centre at 63 Hesse St facing the town’s railway reserve.

The project objective is for a mural artist to beautify the childcare centre’s north facing wall, bringing this 42-metre wide blank canvas to life.

The mural will add great interest to one of Winchelsea’s gateways, capturing and celebrating what makes the town and district special, and promoting the natural beauty of the area.

The design will seek input from childcare centre children and also from Winchelsea Primary School students.
