Tourism volunteers
Surf Coast Tourism is always looking to welcome new volunteers to our team. Volunteers play a vital role in Surf Coast Tourism at four sites:
- Torquay Visitor Information Centre
- Lorne Visitor Information Centre
- Anglesea Information Centre
- Winchelsea Visitor Information Centre
Along with Council staff, our volunteers meet and greet nearly a quarter of a million visitors to the Surf Coast each year. Their passion and knowledge of the Great Ocean Road region adds to our reputation as a friendly, welcoming and vibrant place to visit.
It is a fantastic way to help the thousands of visitors to the region, learn more about your own neighbourhood, and have lots of fun!
Become a Volunteer Today
Volunteers must be passionate and knowledgeable about the Surf Coast and Great Ocean Road region.
For more information on becoming a volunteer, please contact the Visitor Centre Team Leader at Torquay on 1300 614 219 or Lorne 1300 891 152, email volunteering@surfcoast.vic.gov.au.
