Surf Coast Shire Council gives notice in accordance with section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 and Council's Property Use Agreement Policy that it intends to enter into a Licence Agreement with
Mount Moriac Tennis Club Incorporated (ABN 18 078 461 409)
for a portion of Mount Moriac Recreation Reserve 755 Reservoir Road, Mount Moriac.
The proposed Licence allows for a term of three years and permits the use of the land as a tennis club and associated club activities
