Purpose:
To use a part of the facility encompassing the Multi Arts Centre, Australian National Surfing Museum and Visitor Information Centre
77 Beach Road Torquay (Lot 1 on PS404718), as an arts facility.
Timeframe:
For a period of five (5) years
