Intention to enter into Lease Agreement with Surf Coast Athletics

Surf Coast Shire Council gives notice of its intention to enter into a licence agreement as follows: 

Entity:

Surf Coast Athletics Incorporated (ABN 92 370 054 101)

Purpose:

To use a portion of Banyul Warri Fields, 11 Kuwarrk Lane, Torquay for athletics and associated club activities. 

Timeframe:

For a period of three (3) years.
