Surf Coast Shire Council gives notice in accordance with section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 and Council's Property Use Agreement Policy that it intends to enter a Licence Agreement with Aireys Inlet and District Tennis Club Incorporated (ABN 65 691 607 844) for part of Anderson Roadknight Reserve, 6 Great Ocean Road, Aireys Inlet.
The proposed Licence allows for a term of three years and permits the use of the land as tennis club and associated club activities.
