Intention to enter into Lease Agreement with Winchelsea RSL Sub-branch

Surf Coast Shire Council gives notice of its intention to enter into a lease agreement as follows: 

Entity:

Winchelsea RSL Sub-branch (ABN 51 523 498 507) 

Purpose:

To use Winchelsea and District Soldiers Memorial 1914-1918 building at Eastern Reserve 70 Hopkins Street Winchelsea for club activities 

Timeframe:

For a period of five (5) years.
