Surf Coast Shire Council gives notice of its intention to enter into a Licence agreement as follows:

Surfcoast Tennis Club (ABN 39 581 162 483)
Purpose:
To use a portion of the following reserves:
- Bellbrae Reserve - 10 Cemetery Road, Bellbrae
- Bob Pettitt Reserve - 89-91 Sunset Strip, Jan Juc
For tennis and associated club activities
Timeframe:
For a period of three (3) years.
