Community Satisfaction Survey 2024
The annual Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey is carried out by the Department of Government services and provides insights into community views on areas including overall council performance, value for money in services and infrastructure, decisions made in the interest of the community, customer service and council direction.
Views are sought from over 600 resident and non-resident Surf Coast Shire ratepayers, who provide council with real-time feedback to help understand the customer experience and identify improvement opportunities.
